Our Overall Service
Overall experience was good. Good have been better with promised follow-up by customer service.
Call Representative
I had to call the office more than 4 times to get a minor cleanup issue resolved. I called and spoke to customer service people and they never followed up. Eventually I had to call my sales rep to get the cleanup done.
