I had 2 change orders that affected the final price (which was not unexpected), but I think you could be more clear about the additional costs of the outside engineering reports and inspection.

Response to my phone calls and emails was disappointing. In some instances, it took several days or not at all. Also, I had to speak w/ many different people in the process. It would have been helpful to be assigned one "case manager" who was my go-to person.

Mike A. was very respectful, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

Alvin and crew: Danny, Rodney and Ramon were absolute pros. They kept me informed of their progress, were very fast and efficient and were able to place the jacks to keep my brick facade in the front of my house from being torn down contrary to what I was expecting.

Alvin and crew arrived well before the city inspector came and as soon as he gave the ok, they were on it. They filled in all the holes completely and left the area clean.
