When a concerned homeowner in Alamo, CA noticed their foundation starting to shift down the hillside with evident cracking, they reached out to us, fearing what could happen if the problem wasn't addressed. Solution

Our Customer Care team swiftly arranged for a home inspection. Upon arrival, our System Design Specialist took a thorough look at the extent of the issue.

It was clear that the foundation's instability due to its hillside location was causing the shifting and cracking. To halt the downward slide and ensure a rock-solid foundation, we proposed the installation of Helical Piers and Carbon Armor. Helical Piers are like giant screws that securely anchor the foundation to stable soil deep beneath the ground, effectively stopping any movement. Meanwhile, Carbon Armor, a strong and flexible fabric, was used to seal and stabilize the cracks on the foundation. Think of it as putting a cast on a broken bone, but for your house.

Our production team, comprising a foreman and skilled installers, efficiently tackled the job, ensuring the foundation was securely stabilized and the cracks meticulously repaired. It was a sight of relief when we finally declared the homeowner's foundation troubles a thing of the past.
