Foundation Repair - The Cause of A "Wavy" Floor in Winton

When we performed our inspection of this crawl space in Winton, we noticed that the floor system wasn't uniform; the wooden support posts and footings didn't quite match. This was a sign that the unevenness of the floor had been a problem for some time and somebody had installed new footings and wood posts to try to solve the issue. Spoiler Alert: It didn't work.
