Foundation Problems
The foundation had shifted so much that this wooden support post beneath the floor had separated from it's concrete footing, causing the floor to become uneven, causing a headache for the homeowner.
Uneven Floor Repair
Here you see two of our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts that were installed alongside this wood post that had failed. With these SmartJacks, we were able to lift and level the floor.

Push Pier Installation
What's going on? A Push Pier is being hydraulically pressed into the Earth until it reaches a more stable level of soil (Bedrock). Once it reaches it's destination, the pier will lift and stabilize that portion of the foundation. For this project, we installed a total of 14 Push Piers.
Capped-off Push Pier
Here you see the Push Pier once it has reached Bedrock and lifted and stabilized the foundation. Now that it is capped off, the holes that were dug to install it will be backfilled and each Push Pier will be hidden from sight.
