The owner of this rental property in Palo Alto wanted to make sure that his source of passive income was well taken care of, not just for the health of his wallet, but also for the health of the family that chose to live there. We had previously fixed one side of the home during phase one of the project, and now the owner wanted to complete phase 2. To further ensure the health of the home, our crew installed a SmartSump system within the crawl space to keep intrusive storm out.
