PolyLevel® Concrete Lifting & Leveling

PolyLevel® is sometimes mistakenly referred to as slab jacking. This concrete leveling product is a two-part foam engineered to expand immediately upon injection beneath a settled slab. Injection holes are much smaller than those required for mud jacking. In action, PolyLevel® expands to many times its original volume, forcing the sunken concrete back to its original level. Within a matter of minutes, the expanded polymer hardens and reaches 90% or more of its final strength. This makes it possible for the restored surface to regain full functionality right away.

Great news! Foundation Repair of CA has expanded their concrete repair system with NexusPro and SealantPro! NexusPro fixes cracked concrete, using a silicone-based binding agent engineered to last. SealantPro protects and seals concrete from the elements, including UV rays.

Job Stories From Gilroy, CA
When DIY Isn't Enough: Uneven Floor Repair in Gilroy, CA

Mr. K prefers to do things himself. For years he had to adjust the jacks that were supporting his floors. He'd have to get on his hands and knees to enter the crawlspace at least once a year. But the problem was never going to get better on it's own. We love hearing about people who can fix their own houses, but when it comes to certain kinds of projects, the expertise of a professional is required, and Mr. K knew that it was time to call one, which is where we came in.

Our initial inspection found that all 25 jacks that were supposed to support Mr. K's floor had rusted; some of the jacks had even broken in half because of how rusty they had become. The cause of this, more than likely, was either rain water flooding the crawlspace or even moisture-filled air that entered through vents.

None of the 25 jacks were salvageable so all of them needed to be removed and replaced. In their place, we installed 25 new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts. Now Mr. K can take the weight of having to repair his own floor each year off of his shoulders and on to ours.

In-Law Unit Foundation Repair in Gilroy, CA

This was a foundation underpinning an in-law unit in the backyard of the main residence. The only part of the foundation that was experiencing settlement was on the right side. Our crew came to the site and installed 6 push piers, lifting the building back to level and stabilizing it against the future movement in that direction.

Project Location: Gilroy, CA
I bought this house on July 2017. The roof drain had some problems at that time. The crawl space was wet and muddy on the ground during rainy season. Recently I also found 2 small crack hairlines on wall close to one of my doors. Not sure what that means. I check the web and think I need a thorough professional foundation inspection from a foundation expert. Please help. Please call me back or email me to make an appointment. Thanks a lot.

I have a house inspection that has reported foundation damage and I wanted to recieve a cost and time estimate for repairs.

Our house is a relatively new build (under 4 years old) and recently we have been noticing some large cracks along the ceilings in the loft (second floor), master bathroom, and around some of the door frames around the house. We also have a few indents in the dry wall which looks like the wood underneath is either expanding or retaining moisture. We would like to have someone come out and take a look at it. Our house was built as part of a whole neighborhood built and we have recently been seeing where contractors may have cut corners, so we wanted to make sure we had this looked at. Thank you!

Hi, we have a relatively new built home (2012) that are starting to have cracks appearing in a few places mostly concentrated near the front of the 2 story hosue that also get heat by the sun the most. 1. outside stucco cracks 2. inside roof dry wall panel seams 3. small cracks above front door (now slightly sticking) diagonal at corners. 4. small cracks diagonal at wall corners near front door 5. other cracks mostly at dry wall seams near the front of the house. I feel like they were more prominent after the recent earthquake so they could be cosmetic in nature but we would like to confirm. what kind of services do you offer that maybe able to help with this? thanks kwan

Settling appears to be on two story side of a tri-level house, garage below bedrooms. I need to get the house back to a permanent level.
Project Location: Gilroy, CA
I have a single story home (~1800 sqft) fbuilt in 2012 on a post tension slab foundation. In or around the Fall 2020 I noticed cracks forming up the front entry way. Since then the the cracks have progressed up to the front door and into the home. (approximately on the center line of the house). Over the past 6+ months dry wall cracks have show up and floor tiles have become loose. External stucco cracking is also showing up in many places. Our adjacent neighbor has experienced soil foundation "settlement" so I believe we have a similar issue. I would like to talk to someone about getting an inspection and hopefully a solution to fix this issue.

Clients and I just purchased a home. The property inspection report claims there is drainage issues under the home. We would want to know the best way to address foundation related items from the report.

Project Location: Gilroy, CA
Looking for an opinion on possible foundation issue/repair. I have one door that isn't closing properly but no other known issues I am aware of. I had a RO drain installed over a year ago outside my home and I'm concerned that water has caused some damage.

Need to level pier and beam foundation. Possibly pour new footings and install new pier blocks depending on cost.
