Most homes were built with wooden posts supporting the floor system. Eventually and unfortunately, those wood posts will fail. Here is an instance where our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts were installed to support an existing floor system that needed a little bit more help to keep the floor stable. 

This customer, located in Danville, came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors. 

Our Structural Consultant turned Sales Department Manager, Steve Conner, came to evaluate the situation. The floor was uneven in the living room and kitchen. We installed our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System within the crawl space to help lift, level, and stabilize the floor. 

This homeowner, located in Danville, came to us because they were worried about their driveway sinking and getting progressively worse. By injecting our PolyLevel polyurethane foam beneath it, we were able to life the driveway and remove all tripping hazard.
