We retrofitted the interior foundation of this home in accordance with the current California Existing Building Code. We installed Simpson Strong-Tie Universal Foundation Plates like the one you see in the After Photo. 

We used our NexusPro Sealant to seal up a crack between the foundation and the walkway that was giving moisture a means of travel, saving the home from future foundation issues.

By injecting our PolyLevel Foam, which lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula, we were able to solve the customer's concrete troubles.
