A beautiful hillside home in Woodside California was experiencing a fairly significant amount of movement where their 8 inch concrete slab driveway met the garage. The sinking was getting so significant it became difficult to move their vehicles in and out of the garage.
We are so happy they called us, because we had the solution. Instead of tearing out their otherwise pristine concrete, the Foundation Repair of Ca concrete repair team used our PolyLevel® foam injection system to raise the slab back to its original height.
This permanent solution was able to be completed in just a couple of hours at a fraction of the cost of removal and replacement.
We love our PolyLevel®
This homeowner in Tiburon had a driveway/parking area that sank six inches due to the shifting soil beneath it. This movement caused the flow of water to be disrupted and multiple puddles would remain long after it rained.
After contacting Foundation Repair of California, one of our crews used a PolyLevel injection to lift the slab six inches and back to its original position. The PolyLevel process uses a 2-part polyurethane foam to quickly and efficiently raise the concrete slabs that are used in patios, driveways, and much more.
This homeowner is now happy with their driveway that not only looks great again, but correctly directs any water to their drainage system! Contact us today to schedule your free estimate.
This patio was a concrete slab it had a crack that practically cut it in half. One half of the slab was sinking too. So the homeowner contacted us, Foundation Repair of CA. Our solution was our PolyLevel Foam; this high density foam lifted the lower half to meet the stable half of the slab.
One half of this raised concrete patio was sinking away from the rest. With an injection of our PolyLevel Polyurethane, we were able to lift it back to level. We also sealed some cracks around the edges of the patio with our NexusPro Joint Sealant.
This homeowner was all geared up and ready for the summer, when he realized that a slab in his pool deck was sinking, causing not only a bad tripping hazard, but also an ugly crack in the middle of the slab. Knowing that this was unsafe for his kids, and unseemly for his preference, he called Foundation Repair and our Concrete Repair Specialist Jim Palamides came out to evaluate the problem. Jim was able to find the perfect solution to solve this issue, and thanks to a PolyLevel Foam injection, and Nexus Pro sealant, his entire pool deck is completely level and there are no more hideous cracks. Now, this homeowner can go back to what's important: Swimming and having fun in the summer sun!
