Before and After of a Concrete Repair project we did in Milpitas. The driveway was progressively getting worse, sinking and cracking due to voids that had formed beneath it. With an injection of our PolyLevel Polyurethane, we were able to lift the driveway. And with an injection of our NexusPro Joint Sealant, we were able to seal the cracks on the surface, which will keep moisture from sneaking it's way into the soil beneath the driveway and causing the same problem.
This pool surround in Pleasant Hill had sunken several inches and was in need of a lift. A team from Foundation Repair of CA used a PolyLevel injection to quickly and efficiently lift the surround back up to its original position.
After watching a House Flipping show, this homeowner learned that cracked concrete on his property could cause serious foundation issues in the future (namely the fact that water can easily find its way through the cracks and into the foundation).
To seal the cracks, we injected NexusPro Joint Sealant which is proven to last over 20 years, which is twice as long as traditional urethane-based sealants. To further protect the driveway, we applied a coat of SealantPro which is a sealant (obviously) that permanently bonds with the pores of the concrete to protect it from pitting, flaking, and cracking.
This concrete pool deck was uneven and creating tripping hazards. PolyLevel was what we recommended to lift the sunken concrete slabs. No more tripping hazard on the way to the pool.
Does your driveway have tripping hazards all over it? Is your driveway sinking similar to this customer located in San Jose? We Have Your Solution! By injecting our PolyLevel Polyurethane Foam, we can lift and stabilize any sunken concrete slab.
