The old jacks that were installed to support the floor of this home were rusted. Our solution was to replace them with our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts.

Located in Hayward CA, this homeowner came to us inquiring about water damage and flooding in her basement. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our Structural Consultant, Brett Cesarin, came to evaluate her home. With the installment of a Super Sump Pump, equipped with a discharge line running through an existing vent and onto the backyard, she won't have to worry about water damage or flooding in her basement again. 

This section of the floor system was not giving enough support. The wood post was old and losing its integrity. Our solution was to replace the wood post with our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post system as well as provide more support to the area with more SmartJacks. 

Installed 55 ft of EZ flow piping to better assist with crawl space draining.
