Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

We replaced this wooden post with a SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post because it was not providing any support to the floor system above it. 

Before and After a Foundation Repair project in Daly City. It's a dirty, intrusive job. But once we're done, it will look like we were never there. And that's a good thing.

Mrs. J called us out to do an inspection of her home because she wanted to begin the process of putting it on the market with an idea of what she needed to fix in order to get the best value possible. 

The inspection report called out some crawlspace piers that were uneven, therefore causing Mrs. J's floor to be uneven. 

Our solution was to replace those failing crawlspace piers with new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts. 

This beautiful home in Moss Beach was built in 1910. It is a dream home for anyone because the beach is a short walk away. Unfortunately, while the home is so close to the water that you could practically dive in from the porch, the coastal climate can take a toll on any home. The moisture-filled air and the rain can slowly wear away the Foundation. Looking at the "Before" photo, you can tell that it was time for a makeover. 

The entire foundation looked just like the "Before" photo when we were called. The homeowner decided that the entire foundation needed to be replaced. In total, our crew removed and replaced 156 linear feet of foundation. They took the foundation from crumbling to humble.
