This concrete post was tilting due to a change in the conditions of the soil beneath it. We injected PolyLevel Polyurethane beneath it to bring it back to level.
A before and after of a concrete lifting project we did in Hayward. Polyurethane Foam was injected through the garage slab by first drilling 1/8th inch holes in a grid pattern, and then monitoring the amount of lift to ensure that we didn't go too high. After we lifted the garage slab, we then injected a joint sealant to seal the area that connects the driveway and the garage slab.
This is the left side of the garage when facing out towards the street.
