This home, located in Campbell, was having foundation problems. They found us after doing some research on the internet. They called us and scheduled an appointment for a free home inspection (quote included). Our Structural Consultant, Steve Mack, performed the inspection. He found that the home was settling, with cracks forming and progressing on the interior and exterior stucco walls. There was some evidence of lateral movement and the floors were unlevel by about 2 inches in some areas.
Our crew installed a multitude of Push Piers to help lift and stabilize this home, to help it from future settlement.
This customer, located in Campbell, came to us with concerns about cracks in his foundation. We were able to repair the cracks by first removing the rusted rebar from within that had caused the cracks, then installing a new Fiberglass Rebar stick to replace it. Secondly, we poured new concrete to seal the area, and then sealed the deal by using epoxy and a Carbon Armor Patch (10 times stronger than steel) to make sure that this part of the foundation would crack no longer.

The floor of this home was sagging. With the installation of our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System within the crawlspace, we were able to give the homeowner a level floor, and peace of mind.
