This isn't just a cover-up. For situations like this, where there are foundation cracks and the rebar is exposed, we cut out the exposed rebar, replace it with a new, strong stick of rebar, fill the area with brand new concrete, and then seal it with Epoxy and Carbon Fiber Patch as you can see in the After Photo.
Who wants to go into their crawl space? It's not a fun place to be.
If a wooden beam falls within the crawl space and nobody's around to see it, did it really happen? Of course, it did. The crawl space is often neglected until a serious issue arises. In the case of this home, uneven and sagging floors were the reason we were called to investigate the crawl space of this home. Luckily, our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post is a solution for problems such as this.
The concrete slabs in this homeowner's yard had sunken 2.5 inches and were bowing in the center. Our crew came in and injected our PolyLEVEL solution to lift and level the concrete s;abs. They then used Nexus Pro to seal the joints.
This customer, located in Oakland, came to us with concerns about his sinking walkways and the tripping hazards that had formed because of them.
Our Concrete Repair Division Manager, Sam Phelps, me to evaluate their situation. The walkways had a couple tripping hazards and sinking issues. By injecting our PolyLevel Foam, which lifts and stabilizes sinking concrete slabs with a high-density polyurethane formula, we were able to satisfy the safety concerns of the homeowner.
We were able to fix this insanely jacked-up concrete slab by injecting our PolyLevel Foam beneath it to fill the voids that had formed beneath it from natural causes.
