Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This customer, located in Morgan Hill, came to us with concerns about cracks in his foundation. We were able to repair the cracks by first removing the rusted rebar from within that had caused the cracks, then installing a new Fiberglass Rebar stick to replace it. Secondly, we poured new concrete to seal the area, and then sealed the deal by using epoxy and a Carbon Armor Patch (10 times stronger than steel) to make sure that this part of the foundation would crack no longer.

This foundation was very deep, but as you can see in the After photo, we were able to install our push pier system to lift and stabilize the foundation from the continued settlement.

These wood posts needed to be replaced because they were no longer adequately supporting the floor system. We installed our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts in their place and were able to bring the floor back to level and stabilize it. 

These Townhomes in Pleasanton had settled to the point that walls were cracking and coming apart.
