Wanting to put their home on the market so they could move and retire, the homeowners wanted to ensure that they would get the most value out of their home by making sure their floor was in good shape. An elevation reading determined that their floors were uneven in some areas and that some of the existing support posts needed to be replaced in order to bring it back to level.
Our crew, lead by Foreman, Horacio Coronado, removed 4 failing wood posts and replaced them with new SmartJack Adjustable Steel Posts, which gave the homeowners exactly what they were looking for.
Our customer who is located in Morgan Hill had settling issues in his backyard, which is very common in the bay area and Northern California. With the technology of our PolyLevel, we were able to bring his walkway back to its original level position.

This customer, located in Morgan Hill, came to us with concerns about cracks in his foundation. We were able to repair the cracks by first removing the rusted rebar from within that had caused the cracks, then installing a new Fiberglass Rebar stick to replace it. Secondly, we poured new concrete to seal the area, and then sealed the deal by using epoxy and a Carbon Armor Patch (10 times stronger than steel) to make sure that this part of the foundation would crack no longer.
A before and after of a Push Pier Installation we did in Morgan Hill to help prevent this home from sinking any further. The Push Pier System allows the home to extend it's weight down into the bedrock deep beneath it. The soil it was built upon wasn't able to support it adequately so this type of work was necessary to save it from further damage.
