This customers residence is located in Orinda, CA our customer came to us with concerns regarding uneven floors. Through quick research they found us and set an appointment with our appointment center.

Our strutcual consultant Jonathan, quickly came to evaluate their situation. This customers home had settling issues in their crawl space, by installing cast in place smart jacks will help level and support flooring and beams.

This home in San Leandro had foundation issues that required Smart Jacks, Poly Level - and in the case of this picture - Carbon Armor. The Carbon Armor will reinforce the concrete and seal the vertical crack that had formed on the concrete.

The home was constructed in such a way that was fine for supporting the floors at the birth of the building, but not for an extended period of time. In order to help the homeowner out, we installed our SmartJack Adjustable Steel Post System to add an extra layer of support. With this system, we were able to lift, level, and stabilize the floors.
